From booking, to the pre wedding call to on the day he was professional, kind and put me at ease. He was on time and worked really well with my photographer. Other than during the posed photographer shots, I wouldn't have known Thomas was there. He delivered the highlight reel and feature length way ahead of the 8 week lead time and the quality is fantastic. I had issues downloading the feature length on my phone and Thomas sent me a usb in the post that same day. I don't know how many times we've watched the highlight reel and even the feature length has been watched a few times too. How he edited that all together with our favourite songs, I'll never know. It's brought tears to our family and friends eyes. He definitely proved my husband wrong! He didn't think we needed a videographer but I reassured him it would be worth it and he now agrees it was!
